Any insights, recommendations, or strategies provided are related to digital presence, online marketing, and web technologies. Kozan Digital Agency does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals in those fields for advice specific to your situation. You remain fully responsible for all business decisions and outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Ensure proper authorization to share any data, content, or materials provided

• Obtain necessary licenses, permissions, and rights for any content you provide

8. Fees & Payment

Pricing, payment terms, and service scope will be defined in separate agreements, proposals, or statements of work. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement
• Performance-based models depend on agreed measurement criteria
• Kozan Digital Agency does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or ranking improvements unless contractually stated
• Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in your agreement
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

All fees are quoted in the currency specified in your agreement. Prices are subject to change for new projects, but existing agreements will be honored at the agreed-upon rates.

9. Performance & Results Disclaimer

While Kozan Digital Agency aims to improve your digital presence, online visibility, and marketing performance, results may vary based on numerous factors including:

• Industry competition and market conditions
• Quality and consistency of content provided
• Client implementation and adoption of recommendations
• Changes in search engine algorithms and platform policies
• External economic and market factors
• Technical limitations and third-party service availability

No guarantees are made regarding specific rankings, traffic increases, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

10. Third-Party Services

Kozan Digital Agency may integrate with or reference third-party systems, platforms, tools, and services (such as hosting providers, payment processors, analytics platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools). Kozan Digital Agency is not responsible for the availability, security, functionality, pricing changes, or terms of service of third-party platforms. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting third-party terms and conditions. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to the respective service provider.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Kozan Digital Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Kozan Digital Agency shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific Services during the preceding twelve (12) months

12. Termination
